Why does the Dunkin App decrease my screen brightness down to almost zero as soon as the cashier scans my phone when I pay with the app? This has been happening for over a year

The app gives a vague error app4247 on both data and wifi. annoyed how this company doesnt fix issues.

I place an order the night before for in the morning. On the morning it says they are preparing my order when I pull up to the store then I get a message saying that there is a problem with my order.

iPhone app keeps crashing

My app was working fine a day ago then today I get this message when I add a order on my app. "Object reference not set to an instance of and object. (UnhandledException)

I have 2 fraudulent charges to my Dunkin Rewards account. 1.) 7/24/2023 store#778 $17.30 2.) 7/26/2023 store# 563 $6.84 How do I get these removed and refunded? Thank you

When I open the Dunkin App on my iPhone 14 and go to Transaction History it shows No orders in history.

I can open the app, sign in, create and order just fine. When i try to finalize and pay it brings me to guest checkout. When i enter the information there it says i have an account and signs me in. Then when i go to check out again it repeats guest checkout. My information is and card are already saved it just won't let me checkout.

I am trying to reset my password. I put in my email but there is no response in my email from Dunkin.

Can't login even after resetting password. Keep getting app4247 error

App running slow and sometimes I don't get my reward

Under “Add/Manage cards” within “transaction history”, there is a notation on 4/14/23 on my account that says, “Freeze Active Card”. Today, I couldn’t pay with the $17.15 that is in my account and then I started searching and found this. Can you tell me what’s going on and how to get this fixed so I can pay with the DD app again?

I am unable to reload money to my account. I get error code APP4241. I have restarted my phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I took the cards off my account and now can’t add any back in. My Apple Pay will not work either (which is what I would normally use. I have also checked out my Apple Pay.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU KEEP CHANGING THE APP AND REWARDS. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT! YOU CHANGED THE APP AGAIN, AND I WAS UNABLE TO USE MY BALANCE THIS MORNING BECAUSE IT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! I'M HONESTLY AT THE POINT TO GET RID OF THIS APP AND BE DONE WITH DUNKIN AND GO TO STARBUCKS! WHERE THE HECK CAN I FIND MY BALANCE?????

For the past few days, I have not been able to finalize my order in the app. The app opens, I can add items to the cart, and I can go to my cart. The app will even show me the total with any applicable discounts but when I hit submit order, it clocks then says, “Unable to complete the order. Please verify the information below.” Then it gives me error message APP4241. Please fix this. The only discounts ya’ll have going on right now are order-ahead discounts, and I’m not able to order ahead.

My Dunkin app ID 1001 0008 0931 2300 shows a zero balance even though I successfully downloaded $50 from my USAA credit card associated with the account. I contacted USAA and they verified that USAA paid Dunkin $50 Dec 20th at 3:57 PM. I reported this to Dunkin, but I am unable to reach a person, all I got was a case number # 10744224. I am requesting a HUMAN to please call my cell 207-313-1386. Thanks in advance, Emile Poulin

The app is not updating my purchases since 11/8

I use the scan and pay but the app does not count all my visits. 6 visits since Nov. 1, but app has only counted 2. not getting points for all my visits

When I try to login on the mobile app, I keep getting a message that says the app can't process my log at this time. (APP4247). So even though I am entering the correct email and password, I can't get into the app at all. Please fix this asap. I have points that are expiring and now that the program has changed, I have to use them. BTW, I don't like the new program at all.

App disappeared

For several days when i try to use on-the-go ordering i get an error saying it is unavailable at this time. The app still works for payment but not for ordering

Everythign works fine but I press the Place Order button and nothing happens. That's kind of problematic.

Very frustrating that each time I try to use the app, the cashier states that the scan code on my is to blurry to use. I have had this trouble on two different phones and even lost $25 on the balance I had on the last app download, the Dunkin card I loaded on it disappeared so I added my CC to app and still can’t use the app to pay because the scan code isn’t clear enough to use which I don’t understand because I have an iPhone 13 so it shouldn’t be an issue. Help, I’m losing points by not using this app.

The app will not let me access it it says it is down for maintenance and will be up shortly I’ve turned off my phone turned it back on not quite sure what my password is otherwise I will delete it and try to go back on Help I’ve been paying cash for everything and I have funds in my account

I am able to order food items but they say my frozen coffee is always "unavailable" I have to literally walk in and wait online which is a huge inconvenience. I even deleted app 5 times and reloaded to no avail. 5512082135

My app did not recognize me beginning last Saturday, July 3 and I no longer have mobile ordering. I also do not have any points. The reset password created a whole new account, which I do not wish. How do I recover my original account? Thank you, Celeste

Place order button is the only thing not working. I’ve shut down my phone and the app and the app works until you get to the end of the order. The place order button is gray and doesn’t work.

I am a Senior and have had DD since forever back in MA. In 1960s. I have to sign in everytime I want to pay? Are you kidding me? I cannot remember the password. I liked the way you had it set up before this crazy change...Easy peasy. Really extremely aggravated. Please change this 🙏
