When registering for the app is asks for member ID and the date of birth. The member ID number is correct but when I enter my childs DOB it says the child has to be atleast 18 years or older. Understood- so when I enter the member ID number and my date of birth the records aren't showing them as a match- duh! This has been an ongoing issue for over six months now.
