App doesn’t respond once updated doesn’t work anymore was a waste of phone space need more work... app is a one star ..... need updates

I’ve had it downloaded for over 4 months and it has never worked.

SunshineHealth "provided" by sunshine health is horrible and is falsely advertising convenience and usefulness. Many including myself cannot even open SunshineHealth up. There are so many complaints on your ratings !!! Please address your member's concerns!!! In this day and age, having a bad app is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and lazy in any established company.

Everytime I try to open SunshineHealth it’s blank, I deleted it so many times but it’s nothing and SunshineHealth won’t update

I can login, but I cannot click on any links or press any buttons.

Tried multiple times to login and get an "unauthorized" error, no problem loging in from computer though!!!

It’s not right that the most efficient way to access your medical insurance information is poorly made. This is pretty serious

Downloaded and was never able to get it to work, very useless app, just go to the website

I installed it twice, at first I thought it was my phone. But the second times still the same. Every time I tried to open it, it just stays blank white.

Every time I try to open app all I get is a blank white screen!! Delete SunshineHealth twice , thinking maybe it was my phone, even got a new phone. Same problem! Does not work!!

Hard to rate an app more than nothing when it won't even let you log in when you know it's the right password because you just logged in on safari.

I just downloaded it after updating my phone. I tried to open it, and it was a plain white screen. Force quit, tried again, same thing. Even after waiting. Total fail.

Come on man it’s been over a year! Either commit to SunshineHealth or delete the possibility. Just Lazy! I can’t take it. DO BETTER

I downloaded SunshineHealth and when I opened it the screen was completely blank. I even left in on for 10 minutes and it never changed. I tried downloading it 2 times. Same thing both times.

Very poor. SunshineHealth never works.

When I open SunshineHealth it’s all white screen... i have never seen any app like this 😂😂😂

Takes 10+ tries to login and logs you out every time you close it. Take 20 minutes or so to even get in. Won’t stay on user if you switch to another family members benefit page.

But it’s the only way I’ve been able to order from OTC catalog ( but you need to have catalog numbers on you because you can only type in the number and search vs browse products)

SunshineHealth will be useful to have, the only thing is you can’t log into your account,it just comes out as if loading and it stays on the same page.

I had no issues installing. Works like a charm and as expected.
