Its a pandemic
We are in a “pandemic” 18 months now and unfortunately I have to take an additional risk of leaving the safety of my home to go and stand in a line to pay the bill because your payment system will not allow for payment from APPLE devices and the link for web payment directs you to the app which does not work, top that off with 2 service increases within this year 2021. I honestly have to ask do you really care about your customers when this issue has been brought to the attention of your digicel representative processing the payment in Trinidad they acknowledge that there is an issue. (18 months)

Crash Issues
I downloaded, this app a few months ago to do online payment, it was all good and working until it started crashing as I opened it. I couldn’t make a payment, so I went to digicel where a representative told me to uninstall and install it back. It worked fine after reinstalling, a few weeks ago, I tried to make a payment but I keep having the crash issues. Uninstall and reinstall this app but having the same problem. Digicel you need to do better and up your game!!! Please fix the issues with this app

Non-Tech Company Trying To Be Tech Company
Dear Digicel, Please use lean development and agile development to develop your apps. It’s sad to see that Digicel tries to blend tech and telecom, but their leadership knows nothing about tech. If you want to build tech solutions start from the ground up and then merge telecom and tech. Otherwise, hire professionals to build your tech because your app is the worst I have seen from a telecom company. Please TRY to prevent it from crashing when someone is trying to pay their bill.
