- The app does not pair with some phones after updates.

- The app does not sync with Apple Health.

- The manual mode does not specify intensity and has a confusing design.

- The app does not allow for resetting the initial intensity or pausing the device without losing intensity settings.

My Bioness app loaded onto my Samsung galaxy 5 has crashed so I can't use the Device. In addition I need to purchase some new electrodes

To resolve myBioness network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the myBioness App
1. On android, goto Settings » myBioness » click [Force Stop]

Clear myBioness App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myBioness » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myBioness.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myBioness » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myBioness » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myBioness
