What is myBioness?
The myBioness™ mobile application is designed to work with the L300 Go® Functional Electrical Stimulation System. It is used to improve the mobility of individuals who have foot drop and/or knee instability due to an Upper Motor Neuron disease or injury. The app allows users to control the stimulation modes of all connected devices, set daily steps goals, and monitor their performance through the redesigned Activity graphing screens.

Great app and very convenient while wearing device under clothing....while it’s connected. My only complaint is that you have to repair the Bluetooth connection every time it loses connection with your phone. I don’t always have my phone on me so if my leg Bioness brace is under my plants.. it’s difficult to find the buttons to repair the Bluetooth connection. Would rate it 5 stars if it would auto-reconnect with device.

The “manual” mode does not specify the intensity it outputs. intensity can only b adjusted in exercise and gait mode. To me “manual” means it’s on when u press the button, not constant meaning u double press and it stays on.
The fact that you can’t adjust the intensity before the modes are turned on is absurd. Please fix these issues and you should be able to adjust ALL the settings including the clinician adjustable ones. It’s taken almost a year and more than 5 visits (traveling far distances is not easy for an MS patient) with the clinician and the settings still are not satisfactory/correct. I OWN these devices, paid a lot of money, I demand the ability to change my settings on my devices. The fact myBioness is NOT free is absurd as well. Make this right Bioness!

Add the ability to change from double tap to single tap. This will give more flexibility to us that have MS related hand dexterity issues.
For gate mode, add the ability to resume session at the last level that was set. For example, if I set the level to 6 and then I turn gate mode off it should go back to 6 when I turn gate mode back on. It shouldn’t go back to the default level. That should only happen when I first turn the device or app on.

Can’t reset the initial intensity so it’s set to where I need it each time I turn it on. This is a major oversight by myBioness developer. There is no “pause” button. Many times a day I would like to have it “inactive” for several minutes. To do this I have to turn it off and when I turn it back on I have to readjust the intensity on both legs. A very poorly thought out design. An insignificant issue is having symbols on the control page that are not defined anywhere. I spent a lot of time on the Internet trying to find documentation and it does not seem to exist.

Works fairly we’ll but in my experience it does not update very well at all. It will go a week or more before it updates totals then suddenly it will happen. This latest stretch of time it’s been about 2 months and still not updated!

It was working well until my phone updated. It won’t pair anymore. Is there a app update necessary? Up until now, it was working well
myBioness is updated and running well, can you please make a watch app?! PLEASE!! Btw my Bioness rep is the best!!

- No support for saving intensity settings (resets after each time of enabling/disabling gait mode)
- No dashboard support (screen where you swipe left on the home screen for quick info)
- Absolutely not worth the price. Absurd that they’re even charging, provided the exorbitant price of the devices

I only wish it synced with Apple Health. Like everyone else I can see maintaining a Bluetooth connection will be an nuisance.

I love my cuff but myBioness won’t open. Every time I try it crashes. I think this started happening after the last update three weeks ago.

The device works amazing, myBioness not so much, you can turn on or Off the l300 go, but as far as check steps etc. nope. It’s still stuck in the year 2018
