Purple screen won’t open
It has a purple screen with a logo. Nothing else.
Cerebral app or online isn’t working won’t let me get past onboarding. It says “select frequency”. I’ve emailed a bunch of times and no help!!

everytime i log in with the face id, the screen just turns white…. trying to schedule an appointment and this is extremely frustrating
App logged me in using the face feature, and it brings up the screen, but after a prompt, the whole screen goes blank.

I’m having the same issues as others, keeps saying I need to complete onboarding even though I already have. Completely unable to use the website or app for anything. Having to go through support email for EVERYTHING. Cannot see messages or message anyone, I can’t make appointments or cancel or reschedule, I wasn’t able to pick out my prescriber or therapist they were randomly (?) assigned to me, the therapist was awesome and referred me to a different therapist who will be able to help me more. I have no idea who my care team is, and the support emails are responded to randomly, and by different people. So it’s all a mess, I don’t know who is on my team at all, I can’t make appointments, or choose my therapist or team, something which was a big reason I signed up for this service. It’s only week 2, hoping things will get fixed. But from what I’m reading, the website and app have serious tech issues and many people have been having the same issue as me for months. If they don’t fix this issue I may cancel. It’s exhausting and extra stress I don’t need when starting therapy.

Won't let me log in on app or website. It says I need to complete onboarding (I completed the onboarding months ago). When I try to view the issue per the system's prompt, I get “an unforeseen error has occurred.” Thus, I cannot access the platform. I have also been getting multiple random charges. But, I can't log into the app or website to see why.
