The “manual” mode does not specify the intensity it outputs. intensity can only b adjusted in exercise and gait mode. To me “manual” means it’s on when u press the button, not constant meaning u double press and it stays on.
The fact that you can’t adjust the intensity before the modes are turned on is absurd. Please fix these issues and you should be able to adjust ALL the settings including the clinician adjustable ones. It’s taken almost a year and more than 5 visits (traveling far distances is not easy for an MS patient) with the clinician and the settings still are not satisfactory/correct. I OWN these devices, paid a lot of money, I demand the ability to change my settings on my devices. The fact the app is NOT free is absurd as well. Make this right Bioness!

Can’t reset the initial intensity so it’s set to where I need it each time I turn it on. This is a major oversight by the app developer. There is no “pause” button. Many times a day I would like to have it “inactive” for several minutes. To do this I have to turn it off and when I turn it back on I have to readjust the intensity on both legs. A very poorly thought out design. An insignificant issue is having symbols on the control page that are not defined anywhere. I spent a lot of time on the Internet trying to find documentation and it does not seem to exist.
