I can log into WF but when my homepage comes up, it only shows the top tabs and nothing else. the page is blank. no jobs. and if I click on anything at the top, it just blinks for a minute and stays the same.

How to fix Adobe Workfront app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Adobe Workfront app on iPhone
Update Adobe Workfront app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Workfront iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Adobe Workfront on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Adobe Workfront network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Adobe Workfront not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Adobe Workfront App
1. On android, goto Settings » Adobe Workfront » click [Force Stop]

Update Adobe Workfront to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Adobe Workfront App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Adobe Workfront » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Adobe Workfront.

Fix Adobe Workfront unable to contact server/ Adobe Workfront internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Adobe Workfront » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Adobe Workfront » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Adobe Workfront
