App constantly crashing since update
There was an update yesterday and now the app constantly crashes whenever I try to open it. I’ve restarted and force quit the app but it doesn’t help.
Good for Essentials
I find this app great for accessing essential work items, including notifications. I like the ability to change my interface and to improve the experience would request more intuitive ways to navigate.
Here is a suggestion:
Put in a Workfront request to FIX the app. Respond to developer comments: try to approve a timesheet and then go back to approve another. No refresh. It is making the app useless when you have many approvals. There are a ton of BAD design elements to the app. From login in to navigation to functionality. And if you need feedback make it easier to receive some.
The app is a terrific addition for Workfront users. A+ Lots of new features! If you haven’t checked it out in awhile you need to see all the new features.
Great supplemental tool
Good addition to the web interface. Long time corporate user here. Just know it’s not a replacement but adds to the experience.
Not a fan at all
This app never opens...maybe it opens sometimes but it’s batting about .100. Not a fan at all of the service but the app really sets me off. Something that’s supposed to be for productive management of projects on a team actually causes more issues since a functional mobile app seems to be impossible.
I tried it again because the website is so not user friendly. I need this for work. Mobile friendly means among other things pinch and zoom. It also does not mean reduced features. We need a full-featured app that is better than the website.

Still no native iPad version?
Can't understand why they wouldn't create a native iPad version of the app. It would create a much better user experience. Really dislike using the zoomed-in iPhone version on my iPad.
When it manages to load, it doesn’t impress
Looking forward to improvements in the roadmap but the current version doesn’t seem at all optimized for the latest iOS release. I can’t get past the black logo screen at startup.
Useless and Frustrating
I can’t even get past the logo screen. The same has happened on my phone. As someone who needs to drive adoption with their company, having a useless mobile app does not help.
The app won’t even open. The “Something went wrong, try again later” message is the antithesis of productivity. Oh, and it’s been this way for weeks.
