(All hosts and owners can use Properly whether you list on these platforms or not). • Create and send visual, interactive checklists for turnovers with listing photos. • Receive photos of cleaners' finished work, problem reports, and updates on the job. • Find great cleaners used by other hosts in your area (in select countries). SYNC WITH LISTING PLATFORMS Properly seamlessly integrates with Airbnb and HomeAway (more platforms on the way) so you can sync your bookings and schedule turnover cleanings directly inside the app. You can also connect multiple accounts to manage all of your clients’ rentals from one login. COMMUNICATE BETTER Properly checklists let you use photos and text to explain things like: where supplies are located; how to fold and present linens; what welcome gifts to put out; where to put the keys when they are finished, etc. Cleaners can translate all of your text notes into their preferred language. This app helps me automate my Airbnb

I feel so lucky to have found this app shortly after I opened two Airbnb’s. Starting a vacation rental and keeping it running smoothly on as little time as possible is a big challenge. This app saves me tons of time coordinating cleaning schedules and helps connect me with new cleaners whenever I need to. I always like two have three cleaners sharing a schedule so there’s always backup and it can be tough to find people who do a good job and who can commit consistently. Can’t say enough good things about this app. I would be happy to share my experience and more feedback with the team at anytime so I can help it grow :)

We own/operate 3 short term rentals. One local, and two at a distance. We have a great group of cleaners for all, but started to notice things were slipping at one of the out of town units. Additionally, pots, utensils and linens were walking off. Before making major changes with people, we wanted an objective measure of measure and evaluation so all of our service providers can see the expectation. So far, it’s been great. Sure, there is some set up, but that is done now. We have it integrated with AirBnB, prompting us to schedule cleanings. It’s done away with a couple of manual spreadsheets too! We definitely recommend it.

Love this time saving app!!

This app is great and it saves me so much time in scheduling my cleaner for our vacation rental. When I get a booking on AirBnB I get a properly notice and it takes me just a few seconds to schedule my cleaner to come. My cleaner uses it on their end and accepts and it goes straight to her calendar. Works like a charm and the photos are helpful too to show details of how things should be when complete. Highly recommended!!
