I installed this application so NordicTrack could inspect a failed monitor for my treadmill that was still under warranty. The application worked fine with no issues. I could see how NordicTrack might use this to not send out unnecessary parts, but also catch people abusing or doing things outside the manufacture warranty.

Nordictrack used this to help troubleshoot an issue I was having. Was suspicious initially but worked great and made the process much quicker and a whole lot easier.
