I thought this was going to be amazing.
But as it turns out, they don’t have a way of writing a bad review on a cleaner. I hired one of the cleaners and she washed my floors and it was so sticky that I got stuck to the floor when I walked in. (She didn’t dilute the detergent with water). And she also left early and didn’t finish the job and said if I wanted her to finish, I had to pay her more as that is considered more like a detailed job. And it was clearly stated in my CHECKLIST.
As a homeowner, I should be able to write a negative review as other homeowners should be able to read it and hire accordingly.
When I emailed customer service, she basically advised me to just cancel my membership. That is not ok.
Will NOT use them again.

I only use this app because my Clients require it. I have been waiting for an answer from the technical team for a month now. For some reason the job list doesn’t show on my main screen. It only
Shows the list for the jobs scheduled the following week. The customer support don’t know yet what the issue is.

I have been using this app for 5 mos. having loads of troubles with duplicate entries on a property I removed during the first month of use. It is sucking up a ton of my time clearing out the bogus entries. Submitted ticket. It has been nearly two weeks and the issue still isn’t addressed. Seems like they don’t have enough tech support. This is not a free app. I expect better service.
