Properly Visual Checklists Reviews

I have been using ProperlyVisualChecklists for 5 mos. having loads of troubles with duplicate entries on a property I removed during the first month of use. It is sucking up a ton of my time clearing out the bogus entries. Submitted ticket. It has been nearly two weeks and the issue still isn’t addressed. Seems like they don’t have enough tech support. This is not a free app. I expect better service.

My husband was literally cussed out when he tried calling a service provider. There was no way to rate or report this service provider. She even came recommended by ProperlyVisualChecklists . This was literally the first service provider we contacted. Scary that these are the people on their app.

I only use ProperlyVisualChecklists because my Clients require it. I have been waiting for an answer from the technical team for a month now. For some reason the job list doesn’t show on my main screen. It only
Shows the list for the jobs scheduled the following week. The customer support don’t know yet what the issue is.

I thought this was going to be amazing.
But as it turns out, they don’t have a way of writing a bad review on a cleaner. I hired one of the cleaners and she washed my floors and it was so sticky that I got stuck to the floor when I walked in. (She didn’t dilute the detergent with water). And she also left early and didn’t finish the job and said if I wanted her to finish, I had to pay her more as that is considered more like a detailed job. And it was clearly stated in my CHECKLIST.
As a homeowner, I should be able to write a negative review as other homeowners should be able to read it and hire accordingly.
When I emailed customer service, she basically advised me to just cancel my membership. That is not ok.
Will NOT use them again.

Visual checklists synced to STR turnovers = great and simple idea. However, forcing continual switch between landscape and portrait mode, cropping images on one device differently than another (iPhone vs iPad app), and not supporting modern iCloud Photo Libraries without stalling/crashing out of ProperlyVisualChecklists = terrible UX and execution. Additionally, the lack of the option for co-hosts or teams cripples the ability to leverage the solution at scale, something that is a core part of competitors’ solutions (ex: TurnoverBnB).

ProperlyVisualChecklists works more or less the way it’s intended to, but can be very annoying on iOS.
Why is the home tab with all of the properties not the default tab to load into? It’s really annoying to have to switch over to properties every time I open it, since it’s the tab I use the most.
Creating/editing checklists is a huge pain on mobile. Why is the orientation of checklists always forced sideways when editing a checklist? It makes a little sense when adding tasks to photos but for checklists it makes no sense and is super frustrating.
Adding photos is a pain too, especially with very large properties that require many photos. Ideally I’d like to just get all of the pictures on my phone, then upload them to a checklist, but once you start trying to upload more than like 20 photos ProperlyVisualChecklists crashes and doesn’t save your photos.
So instead I usually just add/take photos in ProperlyVisualChecklists , but even that is annoying. Why does the “add slide” button stay at the top, instead of moving down as pictures/slides are added? It would make more sense to move the “add slide” button to the bottom of the slide reel so it’s easier to get to, instead of scrolling back to the top every time, which can get very laggy with the more slides that are added.

ProperlyVisualChecklists is great in general but need a few improvements. For example sometime I create jobs on my phone and it will be sent and approve, I will receive notification on it but it won’t show up on the calendar as a job. Very irritating when trying to look back on the week for pay. Very inconvenient.

It would be very useful to be able to see a monthly view and service provider color coding for quick organization. These are just suggestions.

Great for those of us who are picky about how our homes are cleaned. Started off being free but quickly converted to a fee-based app for using it more than twice per month.

Visual checklists are very useful

ProperlyVisualChecklists is great and it saves me so much time in scheduling my cleaner for our vacation rental. When I get a booking on AirBnB I get a properly notice and it takes me just a few seconds to schedule my cleaner to come. My cleaner uses it on their end and accepts and it goes straight to her calendar. Works like a charm and the photos are helpful too to show details of how things should be when complete. Highly recommended!!

We own/operate 3 short term rentals. One local, and two at a distance. We have a great group of cleaners for all, but started to notice things were slipping at one of the out of town units. Additionally, pots, utensils and linens were walking off. Before making major changes with people, we wanted an objective measure of measure and evaluation so all of our service providers can see the expectation.

So far, it’s been great. Sure, there is some set up, but that is done now. We have it integrated with AirBnB, prompting us to schedule cleanings. It’s done away with a couple of manual spreadsheets too! We definitely recommend it.

It keeps getting better to work on properly. I both have jobs and create job on here and am extremely pleased in every way. Thanks!!!

I feel so lucky to have found ProperlyVisualChecklists shortly after I opened two Airbnb’s. Starting a vacation rental and keeping it running smoothly on as little time as possible is a big challenge. ProperlyVisualChecklists saves me tons of time coordinating cleaning schedules and helps connect me with new cleaners whenever I need to. I always like two have three cleaners sharing a schedule so there’s always backup and it can be tough to find people who do a good job and who can commit consistently. Can’t say enough good things about ProperlyVisualChecklists. I would be happy to share my experience and more feedback with the team at anytime so I can help it grow :)

ProperlyVisualChecklists is great for managing cleanings and makes the scheduling and management of cleaning more efficient and less error prone. Overall very happy with ProperlyVisualChecklists and highly recommend it .

I’ve used Properly to find cleaners for my Airbnb listing. They did a great job and always showed up on time. And their tools made it easy to manage them.

When I first open ProperlyVisualChecklists after downloading, I just get a sign in option. Any idea how to get to the sign up page?

The addition of the libraries (both skills to learn and train cleaners and templates to build checklists) makes ProperlyVisualChecklists much faster to use.

ProperlyVisualChecklists is exactly what i had bern looking for. I’m hoping more service providers will catch on so i have more to choose from. As a vacation property owner ProperlyVisualChecklists is going to be a huge benefit to me.
