Have booked a time slot for Marvel Heroic Encounter…trying to view ticket but screen goes white and then app kicks me out. Have updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in/out, tried multiple phones. All do the same thing.

I tried to update payment methods on the app with my phone and online and every card I own after I entered multiple times says "your card could not be verified, please use another". They all work just fine on Amazon, buying the pass and paying for Disney+.

Hi! I have planned our honeymoon trip to Disneyland and I downloaded the app but when I hit the get started button it says I need park reservations which I have. and I also have reservations and have paid in full 8 days at the Grand Californian. the hotel reservations show up on the app but it tells me I need park reservations which when I click the make park reservation the park reservations I already have do show up but then it does nothing, there is nothing to click, no way to have it recognize the reservations and I cannot proceed its very frustrating thank you for any help you can give
