can't get in clarity app, i need help fixing it please
I have tried repeatedly, to no avail, to get the clarity app to connect. I downloaded a new clarity app - spoke with customer service .... all to no avail. This is so disappointing and no one from Dexcom can address the concerns.

My Dexcom Clarity used to work perfectly until a few weeks ago. It stopped working and just keep saying "loading" for days on end. I tried deleting and reloading it, but it still doesn't show any stats. I turned my iPhone 13 on and off, but Clarity still doesn't show any data. Clarity works fine on my computer.
