[Solved] my app says the date is 2029 and I try and correct the date and it doesn't work..
I can't get the app to update to the latest version.

Clarity doesn't have any data. Dexcom & follow are working. Samsung s24. It worked a few months ago
Downloaded the app last Monday. Previously saying not enough data. Today only showing a blank scree.

I have tried repeatedly, to no avail, to get the clarity app to connect. I downloaded a new clarity app - spoke with customer service .... all to no avail. This is so disappointing and no one from Dexcom can address the concerns.

Suddenly my clarity app is not working. States there is a network error. Cannot get it to get connected. Have tried to turn phone on/Off and have repeatedly tried to get app to respond with no luck

No new data seen since Aug 24. Also states not enough data.
My Dexcom Clarity used to work perfectly until a few weeks ago. It stopped working and just keep saying "loading" for days on end. I tried deleting and reloading it, but it still doesn't show any stats. I turned my iPhone 13 on and off, but Clarity still doesn't show any data. Clarity works fine on my computer.
my Dexcom clarity app is not showing current data information for me or my Endocrinology 2/28/2021 it is not current for my doctor to see my stats
my App has been uninstalled and reinstalled - yet will only read by levels up until 19042022. what can i do? i have a samsung s9 and had no issues in the past
