Follow app was no longer receiving data so I removed the follower from my G6 app and acknowledged it on my wife's phone. I then sent a new invitation but when she clicks on it, it states that her device is already following me, although it is not. It simply states that she can accept the new invitation on a new device. How do I fix this issue. I see that someone else above (Tracy Hunt) has the same issue but there is no reply to her request. Please publish a solution.
My mom got a new phone after hers literally exploded, and my dad got a new phone because his was old. They both redownload the apps and it says I removed them. I did not, I re- invited them and now it says the device is already following me. What the hell. I hate everything right now. Help because Dexcom won’t call me back.

The Follow app was working perfectly fine 2 days ago. I’m not sure what happened, but I can no longer see the screen with the big glucose number in the middle, and the dotted line trend. I can see the screen before that with the number in a rectangle box. When I click on it, my phone goes to settings. How can I go back to seeing that screen? Ty for your help.
For the past few months I’ve been haven problems with my Dexcom followers. I stopped following my mother as she got a new phone. When she set up her new phone, I removed her as a follower and tried to added her back. When I did so, it said invitation expired. I’ve tried multiple emails and it’s still the same. We both deleted the app and re-download them again. We both spoke to Dexcom support but the person didn’t know what to do and we were on the phone for about an hour, he eventually settled on a situation to help us but it did not.
I stopped receiving data in following my granddaughter. I deleted and reinstalled the app and she sent me a new invite. In going through the process of accepting the invite I am receiving a message stating "You're already following "R----R---, you can accept this invitation on another device. I am beyond frustrated. Please help
I have Dexcom follow for my son. My phone signalled a high alert every 15 minutes last night. He was not high. My high setting was way above where he was. I even turned the high alert OFF and it still kept doing it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. My son reshared it with me. It was doing great until this afternoon. It is now signalling a low alert every 15 minutes and he is not low.

Follow keeps not working. I've tried with two different email addresses. "Invitation error: This invitation expired or was already used." (iPhone 7 for diabetic, iphone 13 for me) I have deleted, stopped sharing, swiped left to remove user, etc. and cannot get Follow to work on my iphone 13. This morning the invitation is hanging at the Loading screen on my iphone 13. It has done this for more than 10 minutes. I'll call tech support later but my first call yesterday was disappointing -- the specialist was hard to understand and didn't seem confident in his answer (which did not solve the problem).
