How to fix 3M app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 3M app on iPhone
Update 3M app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 3M iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 3M on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 3M network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

3M Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 3M not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 3M App
1. On android, goto Settings » 3M » click [Force Stop]

Update 3M to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 3M App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 3M » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 3M.

Fix 3M unable to contact server/ 3M internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 3M » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 3M » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
