My ios app for "My Subaru" gets hung right after the landing page stating "we don't recognize the device you're using". I cannot do anything to the hung gray screen. No matter how many times I have killed the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, or rebooted, the new installation goes right to the above-stated hung screen. I am using ios-16.3 (latest update) on my iPhone 11. Tech support says it's my device and cannot help me. Strange that it handshakes with the "My Subaru" App and then hangs. Seems it is on their end.
MySubaru app used to remote start my 2022 Forester Touring. Recently it stopped working. Says it is "sending remote start command" but then says it is unable to. None of the remote features work including "find my vehicle" but apparently the maintenance/schedule does/
I cannot update the app. I hit update and it goes to a blank screen and then I cannot get into any feature
I used it to remote start and lock/unlock doors a couple of weeks ago right after I bought a new Outback Touring XT. It hasn't worked since. I get a message saying "remote start" has been sent but after a while it fails. Same with lock/unlock
My Subaru app will not open on my Iphone. It just says ERROR try again later. Cna't open on desktop nor laptop. I can signn in on the laptop and desktop, but it never gets past the PROCESSING screen with the spinning wheel. Also, the screen flickers the whole time the wheel is spinning.
MySubaru app does not open. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still does not open.
