No current problems

- Users have reported not getting paid for work done through the app

- Flashlight feature not working properly on some phones

- Wide angle feature not working on iPhone 11

- App needs to be updated for iPhone X and XS screens

- App freezes and crashes frequently, takes too long to load pages

- Some features only available on website, not on app

- Camera quality is blurry and slow to take pictures

- Completed orders reappear on main order list after being deleted or moved to trash

To resolve PPW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear PPW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PPW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PPW.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PPW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PPW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PPW
