i used to be able to set closed captioning using my amazon firestick, but it does not allow now on great american pureflix
I have tried all the recommendations for buffering issues on the Samsung Smart TV. Still buffering.
Ever since you upgraded your app, it constantly buffers. Please tell me there is a fix for this.
I tried to watch Karen Kingsbury's A Thousand Tomorrows on a MacBook Air - tried safari - tried Chrome - and downloaded and tried the app - all froze after about 3 minutes.
Hi, I used to be able to watch movies on my Samsung TV with a firestick. Now the streaming stops after 20 minutes. I have a download speed of 3.6 MB/sec. I cleared the cache. I also used to be able to watch movies on my computer. but it also freezes. What should I do? Thank you, Cindy
We have been able to watch Pure Flix on AppleTV without any issues for several months, but recently we're unable to play any of their movies (including trailers). The message we receive is "Cannot play stream". Please assist us as soon as you can. Thank you!
Watching Chosen, episode 4 just stops at 28 minutes. Can’t watch the rest of it.

Movie keeps stopping
The is no way to lower the stream quality to save Data. It streams constantly at 4k, I have not found a setting or anyway to save data when all other streaming apps we use have data usage settings.
Using Fire Stick I get an internal media player error. Logged out and back in as recommended, but still get the error.
1st I had to start watching a series on secon episode. 2nd when I tried to resume next day, I got pictures w/ captions and no sound. Then today I choose pureflix and get a blank screen on my firestick
I just subscribed tonight with the 7.99 a month plan after free trial. When I log on via tv with a Firestick I get the license message with everything I try to open. If I can’t watch anything I need to cancel my monthly plan after free trial.

Video buffers too much and streaming errors
I h;avent been able to watch for a month. Sometimes it opens but when I try to play a title I get "internal streaming error. Before when I could watch it it would freeze uo for sometimes minutes and I'd have to turn off. I have done all the updates, unplugged, restarted both firestick and tv but no luck. I am not techy so this has been very frustrating with no results.
Pureflix won't cast to my tv. It says Pureflix needs to update app.
I opened my subscription back up and was hoping to enjoy some Christian based movies. My pureflix will not play movies on my TV. What is wrong with this APP? If I cannot use this then I will not activate this again. I need someone to contact me.
Closed caption stopped working
My pureflix app is working but when I click on play to watch the movie all I get is a blank screen and nothing happens.
Just created account with pure flux but it does not recognize my login info on TV. Is this a preview of what I can expect with this service ? I need customer service to help fix this issue now.
For past 1 1/2 months when I want to Airplay onto my tv it says “No devices available”, I havnt changed anything. I just now hooked up a newer Apple TV box- still “No devices available”. I triple checked that the setting are correct- YES. I’m still able to Airplay photos onto tv using my phone. Help me PLEASE!
Videos won't play on my android phone.
Suddenly it clicks off at different times and says no inernet connection, when I know I have a connection. This is when I am watching a movie.

When I first got PureFlix in January I was able to Chromecast to my Sony tv. However, for the last month I am no longer able. When I choose Chromecast icon on PureFlix app it automatically states “No devices available” without even searching like it use to. It suggests making sure local network is in on iPhone in settings and make sure iPhone and tv are on same Wifi network. They are and nothing has changed with tv or wifi. Please advise.

BEWARE! Almost Everything about Pure Flix is a complete disappointment! The streaming has problems. The selection is not all great. Horrible customer service. The company is deceptive and dishonest about their free trails, their policies, and they hide their policy of NO REFUNDS EVER! They advertise easy cancellation if you follow their instructions, BUT they are almost impossible to cancel until they have charged you and you will get no refund. Plan that this will cost you $100 or more when you try a FREE trial. All this trouble for a bad viewing experience.
your payment system has been down for days. i tried to pay at work and at home with no success.
We often have problems loading parts of a series. We have Xfinity and don’t have problems with other apps. Sometimes we are stuck on initial Pureflux screen and sometimes it’s says loading errors. This happens almost every time we get onto watch. Can you help? Han
