Summary of Crayola Create & Play Problems 🔥

- This game is horrible.

- In the beginning when it shows you all the features, it crashed my phone almost 10 times.

- After waiting patiently rebooting my phone around ten times rewatching the beginning, I get greeted to a subscription screen where you cannot exit out of till you pay for a subscription.

- You may think that “oh this is going to be a nice coloring book app for kids to learn in a fun way with technology” but for 4. 00 dollars a month I am not paying when I could go print out pictures on a computer for a kid to draw on or go to a simple coding website for kids.

- When you first go into the app, is shows what you can do. Totally fine, right. . But then when you were done and swiped through the instructional videos, you have to pay. . .

I have subscribed via my Amazon account for my Fire Tablet 3 times since March 2022. However, the app continues to request payment, and only allows use for 10 minutes per day. This has been described by numerous people on Amazon, but I haven't seen ANY replies on Amazon. If there's a fix for this the developing company needs to post it often enough for everyone to easily find the solution. My grandchildren very much enjoy the app when it works for them, but it's frustrating for us to find that it doesn't work reliably.

Hi, I'm trying to sign my daughter up for a years subscription for the crayola create and play app but each time I type in my birth year the following message appears: purchase failed, the purchasing system is unavailable. Is there another way I can sign her up? She would really like to play more than 10 minutes a day and wants to explore the additional content. I've already deleted and re-added the app but that didn't do anything.

The app keeps crashing, why am I paying for an app that won’t work I even bought a bigger memory card for my grandsons fire tablet and it still won’t work! Why hasn’t this been fixed?

I subscribed to Crayola Create and play—played through the free trial and then beyond but turned it on today and a lot of areas are locked that were open to us before. I don’t understand why this is when it says I have a subscription. Please help! My toddler is not happy!

New update to the platform for 5/2022, we just bought the year subscription and they update, now we can’t log back in and the app is acting like we don’t have a subscription until we click on to purchase another and it tells us we have one, which we do but can’t access everything.
