Tried in vain to report a missed trash pickup. Almost impossible to maneuver. Some pages just sit there, not allowing user to continue. Utterly useless! Considering all the one-star ratings the city should redesign the program! Makes me wonder if the designers of this miserable waste of time are the same ones who designed programs for the DMV and EDD!n

I have reported truck parking next door several time and have as yet to see any results. Reported last night and entered the address. 23 hours later it was listed as received. I now have a crack in my driveway where the idiot drove into the yard next door and the truck is now gone! 23 hours to be listed as received, your tax dollar at work, too bad none of the people there care.

I believe my Safari browser is a problem with the city unfortunately. I have tried numerous times to send my illegal fireworks with pictures to no avail. I added yahoo, but that didn’t work.I’m disappointed that I can’t use FresGO, especially when I took some great short video shots of these aerial fireworks all over my neighborhood.

FresGO hasn’t worked in months. It was changed awhile ago but won’t let pothole reports be submitted. I just keep getting “311 not available errors”. I told them about the issue two months ago and they were supposedly aware and it was being worked on. It still doesn’t work. I don’t think the city really want the reports because then if someone’s car is damaged they can claim ignorance and aren’t liable.

I loaded FresGO to help keep the city clean and well kept. The city of Fresno is the problem with FresGO. When you see a problem and your keeping an eye out for homeless problems, trash, graffiti etc. the city closes reports but doesn’t fix the items. Our neighborhood is getting worse with homelessness, transients and trash. This city is getting so bad yet my property taxes go up... even a mosquito abatement cost is levied on me because of a canal they make money on. So fed up with Fresno.

The search function and chat function bot is not user friendly.

Since the update, FresGO gives errors every time I try to report something. This has been a huge fail. It is not user friendly either. Not a fan of this new update.
They should also give you the option to report illegal firework via FresGO

Seems like a good idea, but have had nothing but frustration trying to navigate on an iPhone 6. Can't move between some pages. Made multiple submissions but they don't show up, even though I got a pop up message saying they were accepted.

I am pleased the city has FresGO. However when you click On certain selections, you need to back out of the page. It doesn't give you these instructions. Needlessly confusing. Perhaps additional instructions once you make various selected

Would be nice if FresGO got updated. I’m using an iPhone XS and top/bottom area is blacked out. Also seems to take a little bit before it loads whatever you press on.

Can you also add a tab or option for reporting homeless camps? That’d be great!

I love FresGO. I just take a pic of graffiti around my business area and submit it to the city and they come and take care of it. But FresGO has stopped working for iOS 12.0.1. I can’t submit any reports on my iphone. Please fix this we love FresGO.

It’s mostly easy to report broken sprinklers around the city or illegal dumping. They usually respond fairly quickly and they update you on their progress with your request. It does need to be updated but for now it works fairly well.

Reported homeless people littering and bringing junk into our alley and after I made a service request it was handled in 2 days. They also included pictures after they had cleaned it! Great service and a prompt response.

Reported a destroyed stop sign in Northwest Fresno in the early morning & was completed the same day.

The reporting process was incredibly simple & FresGO design was pretty fluid. I received feedback through FresGO , about my reported issue, within the hour from a city representative.

I was skeptical about FresGO due to the other negative comments, but after using it myself, I didn’t experience any of the same issues or found FresGO difficult to navigate at all.

Perhaps people need to realize that it’s not really feasible for the city of Fresno to instantly respond to the every need of over half a million residents spread over 114 square miles... 😅

Used it to get hot water and boom my landlord had it fixed a week later. This was of course after emailing them for three months. FresGO connect directly to the city and reports violations quickly and easily.

I reported an awful graffiti I saw and it got taken down less then an hour later. I was so shocked. Keep it up guys! 🤞

I have used FresGO for graffiti, structural problems, and a few more city problems. I have seen responses every time.

Reporting graffiti in the neighborhood and it gets taken care of immediately. More people should use it to keep Fresno clean.

I’ve had to dodge the same dozen potholes on my commute every day for the last 3 years. I’ve had two alignments and 2 sets of tires replaced in that time. Finally made a request for repairs for every pothole on my commute, and they were fixed, I swear to god, THE VERY NEXT DAY.

FresGO is buggy, sure, but I’ll deal with it for the power to direct my tax dollars towards making my life immediately better overnight.
