Since the evening of Nov 18th, when I last used the Meta planner page, it won't load and just shows the spinning circle. Can't see what I've scheduled, can't schedule new. When the content page loads, it doesn't show posts that were posted by the planner app on the 19th, even though I know they did in fact post to their intended group locations. Please help. The FB account is @thedapperdoerllc. Thank you.

You guys will allow me to buy more ads but won't allow me to complete my shop. Last night while creating a catalog, your system kicked me out when it was almost complete and forced me to start all over. That as you can imagine is a serious inconvenience and time-consuming, not to mention greedy. Now I'm trying to produce a catalog quickly so it doesn't happen again and I get a message saying the page is not available. I really don't understand the reason for all of the obstacles. Please explain. If you don't want me to make a shop just say it. This is annoying.

I am a Virtual assistant and have access to my clients Facebook and business suite. Up until today this has not been an issue. Today i am unable to access certain clients business suite. Feeds for business accounts in Business Suite are not updated on iPhone. Last posts shown are from September. I’ve updated to latest IOS and still can’t get recent posts to show.

Since i've updated Meta Business Suite on the 11th..i cannot load anymore photos nor vidéos vié Photo Gallery in Android ( Share Menu). The App do not show anymore into the app list . Installed/ Uninstalled million times, updated android, even installed Creator Suite and he has the same issue!! I still can share to Facebook (Timeline, Groupes, Messenger) but non on FACEBOOK PAGES. If i try to share directly with the app opened, the photo/vidéo gallery shows only last 12 items. I got headaches ever since the 11th!!

Photos and Videos do not show on created posts, cannot publish anything but simple text. A blank screen and grayed out buttons are all that show, unless I do only text. Cleared cache, turned off ad blocker, turned off all security still nothing. So far Meta business Suite is a complete waste of time.

I have been trying to schedule posts since Thursday, but when I click the button to do so, a blank screen appears regardless of browser, account or whether I log out and back in. I can schedule stories perfectly fine, but posts just direct me to a blank screen within the site.

Trying to schedule posts as usual, but now, at least on desktop, regardless of browser, every time I click "Schedule Post", the usual popup to do so appears - but only briefly for a split second, before disappearing. Can't figure out what to do. Extremely frustrating UI as it is.

When I go to schedule a post it posts it to a different time and date than the one I chose. I make sure it's scheduled when I'm creating the post, but then it posts it on Friday (for example) when I schedule it for Tuesday. When I go to change the date, it is no longer available when I go to change it in the editor.

Was urged by instagram and facebook to create Meta Business Suite Account, but it is useless. Never uploads photos, waste of my time keeping retrying to create posts. Out of patience with it after 20 mins trying on a desktop pc. Not even going to attempt it on a fiddly phone keyboard. Looking at all the reported recent issues here you should stop automated suggestions to businesses to start using it, and take it down until it actually works. Its just embarrassing as it is now. A business hinderer, not helper.

We are having trouble with being able to tag all of our new products and some older products we have through business suite app. We use Shopify at our store and it lets us tag on our regular facebook and Instagram pages but not through our business suite app

I schedule stories and Business Suite posts in random order, even tho I add them one by one the way I used to do before so they'll appear in the correct order. Lately, besides posting in random order, it misses 6 posts out of 10. Completely useless!

Installed the latest app update on my ipad and when trying to login get the following error: The operation couldn't be completed. AsyncSocketException: connect failed (immediately), type = socket not open, errno = 65 (No route to host) Yet, have zero problems connecting via the app on my phone (ios) or logging in via the website.

There are a lot of problems with this app which I have put up with since you changed it. Nothing has been done to solve the problems even after having reported them. The latest today is that it continuously keeps sending me read messages just like it’s on a loop. It is driving me crazy!! I have sent a report in already and nothing has been done about it. I have turned my phone off and left it off and turn it back on again I have tried every single thing possible and cannot get rid of these messages that keep on repeating and repeating and repeating….. When I search for a person in messages, Business Suite states no person can be found. We run a tattoo studio and rely on being able to refer back to a message thread to find client info and design ideas stored in the message thread. The app is becoming unusable.

Ridiculous. For weeks my posts have been cross-posting to other accounts, making running multiple social media pages a nightmare. For a company to have so much stake in peoples’ small businesses, it’s a shame to see them not solving any of these issues. Fix this!

I have a lot of problems with the planner. My posts are planned on the wrong accounts. I have more than 10 accounts, so this is a real problem and I am not able to delete the posts on the planner. I have been in contact with Facebook, but they are not doing much to fix it. It has been going on since Saturday 26/5. Now I cannot even login on my app because of an error.

I work from PC. I'm having issues scheduling this morning. I create a post, set the scheduled time & click post & then noting appears on the scheduling calendar. impossible to schedule on Meta Business Suite. Once I schedule nothing appears in the calendar, I tried several times with several accounts and pages. Scheduling posts and they are not showing up. They just disappear. Set up to do live sale today and yet another feature either not working properly or shut down on Meta here is a list of some issues Facebook support is not helping with Payouts not showing been this way for months. ( How can one do business with us and not show the revenue being produced and what is owed properly) Customers charge back for product received customers are able to fraud your store and no support. (Had a few of these out of selling to well over 500 orders in a matter of months but I have fought back and won must) Offers not syncing Facebook not syncing properly with our direct website Many Features not working Not honoring fulfillment times I can go on and on Support with Facebook is a dead end. I provide so much support and work in our store I literally fulfill the job of 10-15 ppl as one individual Facebook has a paid team. I wish I could clone my self and help ya but they got to pay me my worth period.

When scheduling a post for a client it is actually posting to a completely different clients Instagram. Posting totally fine with Facebook. The issues are with Instagram. It started after Facebook forced me to complete the two step security process.

Constantly freezing and crashing after I upload the photo and written content. I loose all work and have to delete app, reinstall and start all over again. Thinking I need to use a different platform.
