We got a new credit card but I made typo entering zip code & the ap went directly to Risk Excellent credit ages 65 & 70 I am a Registered Nurse There are other complaints same as ours please fix

How to fix RideYellow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RideYellow app on iPhone
Update RideYellow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RideYellow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RideYellow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RideYellow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RideYellow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RideYellow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RideYellow App
1. On android, goto Settings » RideYellow » click [Force Stop]

Update RideYellow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RideYellow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RideYellow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RideYellow.

Fix RideYellow unable to contact server/ RideYellow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RideYellow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RideYellow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RideYellow
