Timepage keeps reporting an error message in red when trying to add an appt

Is there a back up anywhere ? Somehow I deleted one recurring appointment which was an error. Thank you.

To resolve Timepage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Timepage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Timepage » click [Force Stop]

Clear Timepage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Timepage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Timepage.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Timepage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Timepage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Timepage
