- The app freezes and doesn’t let you cancel the ride or doesn’t show where on the map the cart is.
- Drivers don’t know where they’re going and sometimes blow through stop signs.
- The door can open on a turn and passengers can almost fall out.
- The app is hit or miss, you just never know if/when you’ll be picked or how long it would take before a driver gets to you.
- The cart can be just a street from you yet it’ll be “finishing a ride” and drive to the other side of Downtown when more often than not, that’s where your final destination is.
- When requesting a ride, you are not able to know how long you should wait.
