I had an update this afternoon and ever since I can no longer access the juicer side of the app and have been juicing with lime for over a year. Also none of my personal info is in the sections like I should be as well as on the ride side it shows no scooters anywhere however I'm literally standing next to about 20 if them. Write support crwat d a ticket still waiting to hear so thing back. My husband didn't get the update and it allows him to switch to juicer mode and shows his location on the map however it shows nothing else. No tasks, pick ups, drop offs, earnings or even scooters he should have in his My Limes section.

Went to end ride & kept getting network error even after restarting my device and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Made sure that I had strong network connection.
