To whom it may concern, I would like to share my experience with your service Ride Circuit that I had on February 24 2026. I have been using your service since beginning of January 2026. It was very good and worked for me very well. This ride was for two people, me 78 years old women and my husband 79 years old. We used ride yesterday approximately between 3:15 and 6:30 p.m. We ordered ride from 3725 S.Ocean drive to Euroland store and then back from the store Euroland to our apartment. The time of the order back from the store was approximately around 5 :30 p. m. When I started my order the message on the screen was displayed “The system was not busy”. After placing the order to our apartment, I received confirmation that car will arrive in 14 minutes. Very Good!!! We were waiting near the store. Suddenly pop-up message: “The driver canceled your trip” with the only confirmation button “OK” was displayed on the screen. But It was not Ok for us!!!! Why did the driver cancel our trip??? Because I did not have any other option for an answer except «OK” I clicked on ok button and repeated my request for the driving with trembling hands again. The new message was displayed: “ waiting time 45 minutes.” Why suddenly 45min? But it was OK. We started to wait 45 min. because we needed to go home and did not have any other choice. After, (may be approximately 5 minutes,) the message “Driver canceled your last trip” “ OK” ….was displayed again…. Why did the driver do it?? Can you imagine our reaction in this situation in the middle of the street without any help with a lot of food in our hands? After big inhale and exhale I placed my order for the 3d time. ..!!!!! In this time thanks GOD and a good driver, I received the message that car will came after 10 minutes. And the car came!!!!! We were saved. ( Ralph was the name of the driver.) So, my question to you is “What is the reason that driver can cancel my trip ?” Why I must answer OK on this message if I am not okay at all ? I afraid to use your service after such experience. The driver’s name that canceled my trip twice was started from letter Yu……. I do not remember it. I hope you can find this woman by the time of the service.
My entire experience was completely very awful if I can give them 00 0.0000 I would. It caused me to miss my shift I'm an app gig worker for instawork and it caused me to miss my shift because the man who was driving Gary did not follow any of the details that I tried telling him instead he was following the directions of the main directions of coming to the stadium but the employees go on one side and the patrons go on the other or main entrance. I know being that I store for Uber and lift that if the directions on the GPS are not correct which sometimes it is not or the GPS Freezes up or gives you in the wrong direction wrong direction you listen to your writer and you tell the rider OK no problem no problem I'll take you in that direction since the same direction you're going and the riders telling you This is where I'm supposed to be getting dropped off this is where the employees go you listen to that rider and you don't tag them along and take them completely out of their way. I would like whoever's in control of this app or or this corporation to please follow up with me immediately and not just a general customer service representative but I want someone who is management.

App is hit or miss, you just never know if/when you’ll be picked or how long it would take before a driver gets to you. There have been times I’ve requested a ride up to 45 minutes in advance and end up canceling the ride because the driver never appeared. There have also been a couple of times when a cart showed up before notifying me that it was on its way. Another annoyance is the fact that the cart can be just a street from you yet it’ll be “finishing a ride” and drive to the other side of Downtown when more often than not, that’s where your final destination is. I can understand if the cart is full but that is rarely the case. Small reroutes to pick up passengers would be nice if it means less wait times. The app in my opinion is very unreliable. An ETA before pick up would be huge.

I love the idea of a free electric ride perfect for he environment but the application is a totally nightmare to use.
Drivers are nice and pro so nothing to add for their work.
I am using the app for marina and venice :
• When i request a ride I am not able to know how long I should wait... my 2 last rides I waited more than 15mn before having a ride! Please let us know when and where is the driver. We have some plans too
• I don’t appreciate the fact that the riders or he driver can’t communicate before the previous passenger ending is ride. So you CANT share a ride and for the rider it’s very frustrating !!
So from now after a week I am very disappointed because the developers don’t seem to pay attention to our feedback!
UPDATE: after few weeks using it I definitively stop using it and won’t recommend at ALL. FREE doesn’t mean we should wait 30 mn without any contact with the driver + the app give you a false estimate arrival time. Take a lift or a uber!

As other people have already mentioned, the idea is fantastic, yet it seems that the drivers are not eager to respond/accept trips. I set up a trip and the app spends dozens of minutes searching for drivers and nothing happens, no response whatsoever, just the ever-changing messages thanking me for my passage while searching…. It is a shame that a good idea has been perverted by dubious practices, I tend to agree with others who mentioned that drivers are not interested in doing what they are paid to do.
