I’ve been using YottaResident for the past three years, and it has consistently been one of the most frustrating tools to navigate, especially considering it’s meant for apartment residential housing. Placing a work order is often problematic due to persistent issues.
For example, the drop-down menu is completely blacked out, requiring users to tap and hold down each line just to see the available options. Additionally, YottaResident still includes a COVID screening section that’s mandatory to complete before submitting a work order. However, there are no available options to select “yes” or “no.” As a result, when you try to save or submit, you receive an error message demanding a response, yet there’s no way to provide one.
YottaResident ’s functionality is severely flawed, and these issues create unnecessary frustration for users. I strongly urge the developers to address these problems or for the management to consider switching to a more reliable platform.
