I am not able to pay my rent thru the app. I get a message that it is declined.
I am unable to access the APP to pay my rent. I have forgotten my password and every time I'm being send the link to reset the password I press submit and it just freezes and does not reset my password :(

I’ve been using this app for the past three years, and it has consistently been one of the most frustrating tools to navigate, especially considering it’s meant for apartment residential housing. Placing a work order is often problematic due to persistent issues.
For example, the drop-down menu is completely blacked out, requiring users to tap and hold down each line just to see the available options. Additionally, the app still includes a COVID screening section that’s mandatory to complete before submitting a work order. However, there are no available options to select “yes” or “no.” As a result, when you try to save or submit, you receive an error message demanding a response, yet there’s no way to provide one.
The app’s functionality is severely flawed, and these issues create unnecessary frustration for users. I strongly urge the developers to address these problems or for the management to consider switching to a more reliable platform.

This app puts me in a really uncomfortable situation. There’s no Apple Pay on this app and my payments are really high for some simple 1 bedroom/1 bath. Then, there’s a fee for every payment without Apple Pay. Where does my money go every month? The landlord is taking my money and wasting it and never fixing the roads for my car. This app does not keep me information secure and never encrypts my card information when I make a payment. Someone is going to steal my card information and start fraud on my card.

needs MAJOR updating and fixing. The app won’t let you see what your typing or see the options your pressing for maintenance requests… I have to blindly press options until I finally get it right. Super frustrating to do absolutely anything on this app, I just try to pay my rent (WHICH ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO PAY WITH 1 BANK) and get out as soon as possible. Literally moving out of this current apartment partly so I don’t have to deal with this stupid app anymore.
