How to fix Gov2Go app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gov2Go app on iPhone
Update Gov2Go app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gov2Go iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gov2Go on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gov2Go network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gov2Go Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gov2Go not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gov2Go App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gov2Go » click [Force Stop]

Update Gov2Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gov2Go App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gov2Go » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gov2Go.

Fix Gov2Go unable to contact server/ Gov2Go internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gov2Go » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gov2Go » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gov2Go
