I am unable to log in to Gov2Go account. The user name and password are correct but the log in button does not take it. I had even tried "RESETTING PASSWORD"...and it seemed to open the next screen where I can see the categories on this screen, but within split seconds, it kicked me back out as if I had never logged on!!! This is very frustrating and inefficient as to why it is causing this! Is there a phone # to talk to a tech support technician or specialist to troubleshoot this problem. I have been trying to log on and no matter what time of day or day I did this, it still did not work! I am trying to file for my unemployment weekly claim and for that PUAC before it ends!!! HELP!!!

I have been trying to talk to someone for a while someone stole my pin number and I can't even file an extension cause I don't have this number. They got my benefits I believe since Oct 2020. The last time I received myself was Sept 2020. At first I just thought I wasn't eligible for extended benefits. Dear, Your apps don't work when I file the weekly claim. I have the same problem last week. After over 15 times tried, it worked when the color of the item bar turned to green. I give up now after so much effort today. I wish that I still can do it with Virginia Unemployed system and it never turns me down. Thanks! Bin

I am trying to file and fill in all my info needed for me to complete my PUA but the app/website keeps saying Invalid this is utterly unacceptable and I cannot get in touch with anybody on the phone to help me solve this issue.
Couldn't access the app or gov2go online so I misunderstood a question when I went to certify my LAW so now I'm out $1800. Being told there is no way to fix it and it was money my family desperately needed. Very sad and frustrating!!! I'm literally in tears.

I understand this is a new application. But I feel it is lacking in some parts. We should be able to edit the email receiving address. But there is no place to change email settings. Also for the unemployment pua side. Of the app it would be beneficial if we could upload documents to ui. That would be directly linked to our social. Because what is going on with unemployment. Some of us are stuck. No answers no help. At least add a few updates. To the email settings. If I can’t go past prompts. How am I supposed to submit information that is required by the gov. By a certain date. Have been trying since March first waiting for a update of some type. Just a suggestion.

This was advertised on Facebook claiming the Montana’s Voter Page was being phased out/closed and I should down load this. I did and it never sent me a link to establish a password as it promised.
Today I checked in the Montana Voter Page which is perfectly fine. I called the Secretary of State office tasked with elections. They confirmed their page is fine, is not in process of being discontinued and they had never heard of this.
I deleted the app. I will be contacting FB is investigate as that is where this was advertised. Not sure this is credible anywhere, or what else it may try to do with your information it gleans. But it clearly misrepresented the Montana Voter Page.

Literally had to download the app because the website is all of a sudden acting weird and not under their private control like it used to be not long ago and was literally fine yesterday but the app won’t even load anything it’s just a blank white screen every time even restarted my phone to try to get it to work nothing changed the app literally doesn’t work. Whoever is supposed to make sure these things work needs to do their job and fast otherwise don’t bother making an app just make sure the original website works regardless. How hard is that?
