Can’t even download it today. 1star rating I gave is because you can’t give zero

Crashed everytime. Can’t even log in to my account after inputting the OTP because app is always force closed.

It seems as though there is little or no testing of features across devices. This data / app tracking feature which is a forced pop up at app launch does not work with iPhones. If you deny access LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah freezes. If you accept it takes you to settings with no instruction of what to turn on. I turned on everything and nothing happened. Still locked out. This is why you should only trust private companies to develop apps like this. If you have an iPhone I suggest you stay clear.

Can’t open the apps after done registration

It is so difficult to contact the company, be it through email, chat, phone, or social media. Live chat has no responders, which the company claims to be the best place to communicate.

Plz update LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah for IOS 13 compatible, because LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah can't open after my phone update to IOS 13

Please bring back the tcash apps. Much much better than this crap. Can’t paid the merchant using the qr. Input the pin several time and bo respon from the apps.

And now for no reason my account is blocked

Can’t even register. No button to submit the OTP and PIN numbers. Why changing the old working TCash app to this crap. Even LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah name was better

Before the update of my link app, it was working just fine. I am using iphone 5c and I couldn't use it anymore. Whyyyy??

App is overall not as stable compared to the old TCASH. Logs me out often.

Two cashbacks were not given to me. I had to contact the customer support on the first incident and got it solved, but the last one I haven’t complained yet and am waiting to see what they will do about it.

Also, about PLN (BUMN) token cashbacks. They say it’s limited to xx amount per day, but we have no way of knowing how many of the promo are still available (and they’ll just send “Mohon maaf, Anda belum beruntung mendapatkan Cashback dari LinkAja.”, which is basically ‘Sorry, you’re not lucky enough to get Cashback from LinkAja’ after you buy the token.). This all, while charging more administration fee than OVO and Tokopedia (come on, both of you LinkAja and PLN are BUMNs)

I don’t think it will beat Ovo, Gopay, or Dana at its’ current state.

Previous review:
1. After inputting OTP, app doesn't progress. There is no "next" or "continue" button either.

2. Force closed and uninstalled. Then retry registration again, but I cannot continue after inputting my phone number. The button just won't send me to the next screen (OTP screen).

3. If you are upgrading from tcash to linkaja app, it will somehow show LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah in lower screen resolution. Had to reinstall to have it shown on full iPhone 7 screen res.

New review:
App doesn't respect status bar area and the back button hitbox is quite small.

I am not a gadget freak but during pandemic COVID-19... I have to make some adjustments including turn things from offline to online. I use LinkAjaLinkAjaSyariah almost everyday to receive payments, to pay for groceries, to add pulsa in my telkomsel and many more.
Transaction will be done in less than 1 minute 👌🏻👍🏻
I did pay for TV and internet (firstmedia) months ago... unfortunately I can’t do that anymore recently...I think that’s 1 of the thing that I wish will be upgraded by Linkaja . many thanks
