Good morning, I am having trouble with Rappi to complete orders. I live in the United States and my best friend lives in Bogota Columbia. When I register it asked for my contact in which I put in my cell number with not allowing for tracking. I have placed my friend's address in as well as his work address for deliveries. The problem occurs when I go to pay for the items because it says I am too far away. I think the app thinks I am ordering from the United States, which I am, but the delivery is in the area where the order is being placed. It went through once and then never again. I don't get it. The order now cannot be completed. Any help or how I should register so that it is successful every time would be appreciated.
