Same as many others, keeps telling me to "keep your face here" and doing NOTHING, waiting like 5 minutes, start the app over, same problem, bored out my brains with it. It is as effective as using a laxative and sieve to stop the flow of explosive diarrhoea.

I scan the QR code, get to message "Kamera lädt...", which it does. It comes up with the face profile and the message "Gesichtsscan wird vorbereitet". The "TAKE PICTURE" button is greyed out, and hangs there.
