When I attach a score line or text to an object on my canvas, the score line or text is no longer visible. It still draws the text, but the score line cuts instead, even though it is set to score. I have tried Uninstaling and reinstalling, but am having the same problem.
Hello, when I try to upload an image and get to the point where it checks to see if I want to remove the background it freezes and goes to a white screen than back to the default home project screen. I checked for updates and it seems I'm all up to date. Please help. Thanks, Mike Calandra
keeps saying loading failure
Whenever I try to send an image to my Cricut Maker 3, instead of getting the Continue button, I am getting a Checkout button. I am a Cricut Access member and should not be getting this button. It is for every design and font. When I clicked the Checkout button, I get a message that the design is not available for purchase. How do I get rid of the Checkout button? It was working fine on Saturday and then broken on Sunday.
I can not select and remove areas on my pics. I can only erase. This has been happening for over 2 weeks. When I hit select to remove the background, the whole pic disappears. I have uninstalled the app, turned my phone off and back on and reinstalled the app.

This entire week, the cricut app crashes any time I try to open the canvas or any already saved projects. After the last scheduled maintenance and update on my phone software, it worked but it is not working again. It says there’s a schedule maintenance on Thursday so I hope that works… trying to get crafts done for my baby shower.
Cricut Design Space app on my iPad keeps crashing whenever I choose to “customise” or “make it” for my projects. Cannot open any projects and this has been happening for 4 days for me. There’s no update to be done at the app store.
Design space is crashing when I try to work in the app, same issue on my iPad and iPhone. Followed troubleshooting steps but the issue persist. Working on macOS so I suspect that the issue lays in iOS.

Up until this week, Design Space has been working well. Even used it when Internet was down, using my phone as a hotspot for my ipad. Now, when I try to use text, it takes me completely out of the app. I have repeatedly deleted and restored the app, turned the ipad completely off, and NOTHING works. Why does this continue to happen, especially right before or immediately after you do maintenance.

App just recently updated on my android and now I am unable to do anything. When I try to use an image and add it to canvas , it's not there only a blank white screen. Text doesn't appear only a flashing line that goes from left to right. Worked fine until this recent update to the app
I updated my iPhone XR , I deleted the app and then downloaded it,and I cut my phone off and on and I reset my phone for the cricut design space and it still turns off (have ios 15.7) help

I'm new to cricut and have been having issues since first starting about 2 weeks ago. Today I have been experiencing more issues than ever with continuous crashes and/or the screen just blanking mid work. It's happening mostly when I resize text or when I group or weld text together. Haven't found anything online that I need to do to fix this issue. The last thing I got was an error message about flash. I checked my system and it's running fine and I have a good internet connection as well. Does anyone have any tips?
Since the upgrade, when I click on "text", no text box appears and a green light goes from left to right on the screen below the title bar. It continues to do that until I leave the screen but no text box appears.
I just renewed my subscription and very disappointed since I have spent more time opening the app than getting anything crafted. It crashes every time I try to edit the font. I since cancelled my subscription.

For a few months now everytime I try to use the text in my Cricut design space app on my iPhone 12 it boots me completely out of Cricut. I’ve tried everything I’ve deleted , reinstalled the whole 9. Everything was fine untill y’all started updating it all the time. On my iPad it either freezes or kicks me out. I subscribe to this and the font app if I can’t use it then it’s useless to me. Also PLEASE fix print & cut for 8.5 by 11. It’s so annoying that I have to make everything so small and the print vinyl is not cheep. It makes zero sense we can 12x12 vinyl but print and cut we can’t even do standard paper size ?? Almost sounds like a man designed that !! Lol. That would be a game changer for you guys. Your really pushing people to use other apps with that flaw. Thx.
HP laptop using design space and Maker 3 Forced update while working on my project with a pop up that says don't worry your project will still be here after the update- NOT THE CASE. My project was gone and I had not yet saved it. Four times from there, each time I would recreate my project and then it would crash. When I finally finished my project and went to make it, the wheel spins forever with the message it is separating the colors by mat. This is pointless when my project is a print then cut - 1 image. It then times out and goes to an empty canvas. I tried troubleshooting if the maker 3 needed calibration but it wont allow that to even happen saying usb maker 3 not recommended. Really frustrating to spend a good four hours and still get nowhere with a finished product. Why have the access subscription or the maker 3 when I can't use it.

Design space keeps crashing on the app on my iPad. I’ve updated everything, deleted and redownloaded and I can’t get anything done. If I’m lucky I get one cut done before the app crashes and kicks me back to the canvas. This how now gone on for days, leaving me behind on my work. I hope they get this resolved asap!!!!
Hi. Disappointed here. Design space keeps crashing. Never has done this before. I think it started happening after your last up date. Hope this gets fixed soon. I missed out on making last min. Easter cards etc. So please please fix the problem.

I agree with the above posts since the new download of hasn’t been working correctly. Keeps crashing, it takes forever to get on to my designs I’ve made, once I press make it it crashes and throws me off the app. Extremely annoying and not worth the subscription at the minute because it’s unusable

Yes I’ve been having issues for 2 months. The design space access is not letting me on. Ive re downloaded the app, restarted the computer cancelled the subscription and tried to renew the subscription and to no avail. Also I’ve lost all my designs that I had saved to the cloud. Extremely frustrating
App keeps crashing after login after up date.
Every time I open the app on my iPhone it crashes within seconds. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, turning my phone off and on, and a combination of the two and nothing is working!
Ever since the new update, every time I go to use the app, it starts then shuts down right away. I have uninstalled the app, turned my IPhone off and back on. Nothing is helping. My fonts are also gone from when I use my desktop.
Everything i go to make it, it closes out and takes me back to the design page and i can't hit make any more.
Not able to get to my fonts and also having problems with trying to size anything usually the buttons are green but is black like not connected somehow when I go to text it just pulls up the word text don't bring fonts up like use to
Tried to open both the desktop and Google apps, but the desktop app is frozen and won't load to the log in screen, and the Google app won't allow for log in - tap sign in, and it keeps refreshing to the same page.
