I have a problem with Grabbd

User reports:
No current problems

- No option to submit a place that is not already on the app

- No option to submit information about a location without any

- No option to recommend people to follow in your area

- No option to recommend new places in your area

- Categories may be empty for small towns

- App may not work well in small areas

- App can be slow and take 2-5 minutes to load

- Some places may not show up when trying to add or grabb them

- About section at places is not too helpful and does not describe the place well.

Common Grabbd Problems & Solutions. Troubleshooting Guide

To resolve Grabbd network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Grabbd App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grabbd » click [Force Stop]

Clear Grabbd App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grabbd » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grabbd.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grabbd » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grabbd » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grabbd
