As of March 24th update will not update with a fatal error 1603, cant remove and reinstall just keeps looking for updates. Very frustrating, probably done with Turbo tax. 10 years been using it.

In the wages and income section it keeps telling you to review the w2 info and the info is correct but it just keeps telling you to review it so you can't complete your tax return. Plus trying to enter my pension information doesn't work either. VERY aggravating and probably am done with turbotax

How to fix TurboTax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TurboTax app on iPhone
Update TurboTax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TurboTax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TurboTax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TurboTax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TurboTax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TurboTax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TurboTax App
1. On android, goto Settings » TurboTax » click [Force Stop]

Update TurboTax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TurboTax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TurboTax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TurboTax.

Fix TurboTax unable to contact server/ TurboTax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TurboTax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TurboTax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TurboTax
