CamHi Status

App keeps closing when I try to add camera. Happens on camhi and camhi pro app. Cannot add cameras at all Pixel 6.

CamHi voice/sound is not audible on the app.

App stopped connecting to camhi. Receive a 'device not found' when trying to re-connect or re-install the app.

I cannot get the Camhipro app to install on my phone. What's up with that?

My cameras keep disappearing every time I close the app they have been working fine for well over a year, I have keep reinstalling them every time, they are working because I can then see the recording but this is very frustrating please help!

Hi there, having a problem with the camhipro app not saving cameras. Been working fine for over a year and got up this morning and the cameras are gone. I added them again and as soon as I go out of the app it deletes them. My wife has the app and hers is working fine.

Cam Hi worked fine until 2 days ago. The camera shows and connects, but when I want to see he video it says: Failed to open video. I can see the video on my PC but not on camhi. I rebooted my android and reinstalled cam Hi still the same issue

Both my camhi cameras keeps saying SD card not installed even though it is. Can this he fixed by trouble shooting or do I need to exchange them?

CamHi on Galaxy Halo J7. FTP not working. It used to work but not anymore. No matter what I try, TEST FTP SETTINGS always fails.

When I open the app for my cameras, as soon as the camera's go online it jumps right back off again.

Transfer CamHi to new Samsung S22 Ultra, no longer working. Uninstall and re-install it kept saying wrong pass word.

Keep getting wrong password message. Worked fine for a year. Now all four cameras won’t work on my iPad. All happened when the app was updated.Tried resetting cameras, tried changing password. No luck. All AnRan ptz cameras. All useless now.

My CamHi app stopped connecting to my cameras on my android phone. Samsung G8 I uninstalled & reinstalled the software. I restart my phone all 4 cameras will show online then is goes back to connecting..,.. I am able to access & view all 4 cameras on my laptop.

I can no longer set up emails to forward alerts to, every time I set up my email Test Fails, all setting are correct ,port #,SMTP Secure connection, username ,receiving /shipping add, . I'm using Samsung email have for years, I also tried Yahoo, and MSN no luck on any of them,

My photo notification emails are not coming through to my Gmail, they all of a sudden stopped. Test function on the app comes up as failed, I haven't changed any settings. My friend also has this same issue with their camera and gmail

Gmail has blocked 3rd party access. I have 7 cameras that can’t use the gmail account I created for them. What do I do? Is there a fix for this?
