My alert goes off every minute or more. I have had to turn off push notifications due to it constantly going off. Checked for an update and it shows one when I search the app on the store but it won't update. The app shows version info "V:3.0.63 SDK Version:6.2.4"
Good afternoon, I cannot get my AI to work /function properly. The switch is set to on in settings as well as frame object when triggered switch ….neither one is working and I get a lot of false alarms . Is there preset #s to set for this to work properly?? I had to do an update and when I did the update, I went to log into my cam Hypro app and it asked for the password. My password has always been the same and when I went to login, it tells me wrong password I have always had this app on my iPhone and on my way tablet I am now neither one of them are working and both of them are telling me the same thing wrong password how do I reset the password or make a new one without having to take the camera down and reset everything help please
Noticed a new update for CamHiPro. Has anyone updated? I am hesitant to since the app is working. Please post your findings. Thanks.
THANK YOU FOR FIXING THE ISSUE! The new new update is working fine! If you’re having issues with your password (it won’t work even if the password is right) RESET CAMERA. Then set it up and it WILL WORK! Thank you again to this company for listening! That’s how you keep returning costumers. 🩷

A lot of users are having the same problem - cameras disappearing after re-entering them. New update is bad!! Please fix asap!!!!!!
This morning the App on both IOS devices showns NO CAMERAS. I had to re-add these. I did this for all 3 cameras using the UID. One camera came on line. The other two report “wrong password”! If I close the App on my iPhone and reopen it … the cameras are again deleted. I have to re-add. On my Android device, the 3 ZLink cameras connect and go online without problem – as before. Please reply a.s.a.p. and help – these cameras are used for security purposes.
Hiya, All of a sudden the app loses/forgets the cameras. I reload them, set them up and when I go back in the app, they are gone. Loaded all the latest CamHipro app, updated IOS. Still no joy.
Something is definitely not working. I’ve had to reset my security camera 25 times today and I’m not even over exaggerating. I have no idea what’s going on with something with the Wi-Fi is triggering it and I’ve had this camera for about a year and this has never happened. Please fix this because I really do not want to replace yallll
My cameras disappeared from my iPhone phones. It continues to send me notifications but There is a problem... Probably with the latest update. Please fix this asap. Thank you!
I have been using these cameras system for years now. However, after the recent update lost all camera connections. I have installed them but back they are gone the moment you close or refresh the app . I have restarted iPhone, removed and reinstalled the app, resynched all cams and nothing helped, they keep on disappearing while I get a notification that they are still recording but can't see any data. More over, they are available under used device which I have tried to add and use again but still the same issue, they keep on disappearing. Please fix the app ASAP. I was hoping on adding more cameras to my recent system but this made me double think if I want to keep such a system or use one more stable and dependable.
Update lost all camera connections. When you add them back they are gone after you restart app. I have restarted iPhone, removed and reinstalled the app and nothing helps. Please fix app
App updated today and now it’s missing the cameras and saying wrong username and password
I am currently running v4.1.9 with no issues however when using v4.1.14 the app does not save the cameras. I have customers who can’t view their cameras.
New CamHiPro app update does not work! This is ridiculous. Worked fine before update. Had to re-enter my 3 cameras. Then they disappeared. I repeated 2x, deleted and reinstalled app. And now have given up. Please fix asap.
Just update my CamHiPro app on my iPhone 13 Pro and now does not see my cameras. When I reinstalled the three cameras they did work but then disappeared and I had to add all over again. This is ridiculous! New app update is corrupted! Please fix asap!

Just started this issue a few days ago. Been ok for 2 years. Connection issues. 12v power ok Ethernet cable tested ok but unable to connect. All information correct ie camera ID and router. Nothing has changed at my end ie new devices or router etc what could it be that’s stopping me. Camera reset done several times. Even placed the camera next to the router with a manufactured cable with no luck too. Can you assist please
Camera works great close to the house. Bought additional 1 for the shed. Also bought wifi extender. To increase wifi range in the back yard. But camera will not hook up or recognize the wifi extension. Is there a way to add it the wifi extender. Works fine with modem close to house. But doesn’t work with extender wifi .

My camera just stopped working after I switched adapters and it won't turn back on. Whenever I plugged in either adapter the lights on the camera would flicker for a second after that I can't get no connection and there is no sign it is powered on
Camera night light don’t work. Have two cámaras and the other one lights turn on at night.
Have had 2 cameras installed for over a year now and first the back yard camera went off line and can't get it to reconnect then months later the front camera went off line and cant get it to reconnect. Both were working fine then all of a sudden went off line and wont come back up. Tried deleting camera and then add back in system and still won't work. Tried unplugging camera from power then plugging back in and still can't get it to come back on line.

My Camhipro keeps facing the wall I have tried a reboot and reset but still it won’t move. Ipcam C6F0SgZ3N0PhL2 it has the latest software. If you could help fix this issue I would appreciate it, the camera is only 6 months old bought from Amazon. Kind Regards Gary Ward
I cannot connect my camera to the shops wifi. All the surrounding businesses wifi come up in the options, but not ours that is right next to it. Thus, we have to be in the shop connected to the camera itself to see anything, which defeats the purpose of having it. Help, please.
Camera rotates toward the house and will not rotate back to the area it supposed to surveil. The camera is “stuck.” It moves up and down without any issue, but will not rotate side to side. How do I fix this?
