Two weeks ago I uploaded the JEEP APPLICATION. Every time I try and add my vehicle I receive a message telling me the vehicle can not be added at this time. I called and have an open case. What is the problem here?

I just downloaded the Jeep app to use my iphone to start my car in the cold. the lock and unlock will work but it won't start with the app? It won't let me cancel it either.
