Car isn't where it says it was when I reserved -- it's on the other side of town. Later, I get "GPS signal lost" alert on the map in the app so I can't find any cars around me.

I was informed this glitch would be fixed, but, still waiting. The app opens but no longer displays the car locations and so I cannot select anything. Useless, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing as this was such a great service.

Pretty much the same problem. Min. Last 3 month the app didn't worked anymore. Install and uninstall few times. With luck i could open at home in my wifi network, but it stopped working somewhere in kits or downtown.

Close and restart the Evo Car Share app on iPhone
Update Evo Car Share app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Evo Car Share iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Evo Car Share on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Evo Car Share network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Evo Car Share not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Evo Car Share App
1. On android, goto Settings » Evo Car Share » click [Force Stop]

Update Evo Car Share to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Evo Car Share App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Evo Car Share » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Evo Car Share.

Fix Evo Car Share unable to contact server/ Evo Car Share internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Evo Car Share » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Evo Car Share » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Evo Car Share
