Hi, Have cruise staring tomorrow, email said to check in using app, tried either app or computer, it got freeze on pure white background page with blue Royal Caribbean logo, it does not let me check in. Please advise asap. Thx.
Twice in last few months I've had to uninstall & reinstall app on phone b/c it's getting stuck on terms & conditions. I click accept 20+ times & the page just sits on T&C & won't go to the app. How many times is this going to happen??? Can't they fix it??? Very annoying!!! I don't need to see your T&C every time I open this app!!!
Like many others over the last year I have just tried to enter my Royal Caribbean app on my mobile phone, it requires me to accept the Terms & Conditions which I had done multiple times and it is just stuck on the T&Cs. I have closed the app and re-opened it, still the same. My wife now has the same problem, after updating to the latest version of the app. I am sure I used the app since the update in Mar 2023. Please resolve asap - it is not acceptable to have been on ongoing recurring problem for many cruise guests for over a year. Thank-you.

The Royal Caribbean app said it needed to update, so I updated and now I cannot get past the terms of use page. When I click on accept, it just pulls up the terms of use page again. (I've clicked on Accept no less than 10 times.) I need to finish planning our trip and add our documents for check in.
Two nights ago I could still see and do tours reservations on my cruise but now I can't do any of those things as the blue button is now in color gray. Btw the cruise is already full paid.
Notice keeps coming up to update the app, however, when attempting to update, the message reads that the app is not supported for Androit. Help, I have 7 cruises coming up, inclusing April 16.
I can not buy anything, reserve anything, or boom anything for my upcoming cruise. The button to reserve is greyed out.
Called your phone number, can’t use app to do this- put on hold 58 minutes by Bernard and then disconnected. Trying to change cruise from 12 nights in May 2023 to 15 night cruise leaving in April. We’d like to book a suite.
Trying to check in but will not take my photo. And if I skip the photo, it states having issues processing and come back later. It deletes all my data that has been submitted under checkin. My appointment time for checkin is 12:00 12 November. And my medical questions have been completed. It scans my password but without the photo, nothing stays in the app registration. What do you recommend?
the Royal Caribbean app will not load onto my Galaxy Tab A7 running Android 12. Says that the device is not compatible . Is there any way to load an older version of the app?
My loyal points are incorrect. I am at Diamond status with 81 but, my app shows me at Platimum with 51 points
I went to save my number in account settings. Number will not save but now it will not let me go back to the main page.
The Royal Caribbean App displays term of use and when I accept it keeps coming up
The Royal Caribbean app is a single page with nothing to interact with. My sister gets a snazzy app that she can see the deck plans, etc. My husband and I, for the same cruise my sister is going on, can only see a page that says Select your sailing and shows our dates and reservation number (9712019), but we can't move to any other pages. When we click on it, it says, "We're working on the fun." I downloaded this app a week ago, and nothing has changed. My husband downloaded it today and sees the same thing. We have Android on Galaxy 21 phones. My sister also has Android on an off-brand smart phone. Please let me know when this issue is fixed. Thank you.
2 of my 3 scheduled 2023 upcoming registered app cruises won't open. Message regarding "chartered cruise" comes up. We are not on a group or chartered cruise. These are all private, individual Cruises. I love this app but concerned re: 1st cruise in March 18, 2023 - can't access any updates/information about cruise!! Thank you in advance!! Diane M Hill
Updated terms of Use screen will not clear the screen when I 'Accept'. they re-appear. I used the app successfully in 2021, but now I cannot even get into the App to view next month's cruise. Please help fix it, or do another update to fix it.

The Royal Caribbean International app will not download from the play store within Android. It's been more than 24 hours since this issue started.

6/6/2022 When I try to log into the app the Terms of Use keep popping up even though I have "accepted" numerous times - app is not working.
I’m logged into my account. When I go to settings, it states that my stateroom is a linked stateroom in our party. It does NOT give any other staterooms as options nor can I click on it to change it. If I scroll down, it states that I am linked to MY OWN reservation. None of my reservations for the spa show in my calendar so safe to assume it’s the linked reservation calendar? Yes, I am signed in as Kym Brophy and my name appears above. This is UTTERLY IMPORTANT as it won’t show me my muster location, only the linked reservation muster location.
