The after sales service is very disappointing.
Two years back I had bought a temple which had a crack in its joint. We contacted customer service to request replacement of the damaged item, but despite several follow-ups, we have not received a proper response or replacement.
Recently, we ordered a wardrobe and a center table and we are waiting for their carpenter from yesterday . He was supposed to come yesterday at 4:00 pm but did not come and no one has the answer for this. Customer care says he will come at 6 pm. If he doesn't come by 6 pm, we should call back tomorrow.

When I called one of the people in the shop with whom we transacted, he told me that he was sick and that customer care would take care of it.
Does it mean that if he is sick then there is no one else who can answer in his place ?
The company is responsible for providing good service, and should provide all necessary information before the customer asks for it.
So I placed an order for a similar wardrobe for my parents and there was some confusion about the color so I cancelled it within 4-5 hours on a Republic Day holiday. It was a holiday the order did not go through and yet they charged me 2.5% cancellation fee. I called back on there working day to check if there is a way to revert the cancellation charges offering to buy another wardrobe or same wardrobe but they refused.. like you charged me cause I was cancelling and then you wouldn’t let me in cancel the cancellation request all within the working day what kind of cheat and thug practice is that. Very disappointed
Scam furniture app, no proper customer service provided. Once you have made the purchase, they dont care
PepperfryFurnitureStore seems to be broken so highly doubt the security of privacy. And for any email they send the same standard reply. Highly doubt the credibility of the customer service.
Tried login using email and password, it says invalid login. Works fine in browser. Tried login with “OTP” and it says enter a valid mobile number. Using an Indian number. Retarded monkeys designed PepperfryFurnitureStore and all of Pepperfry tech
Login it self not working. After entering mobile number for otp there is not input and email login option also not working. Cash back is not useful as can't use all on next purchase and it's validity also very less.
You won’t get a replacement, refund or any support post receiving the item. DO NOT BUY…
I have placed multiple orders with this company. Everything goes smooth if you got product right. However if your product is damaged by them, customer service is very poor. I bought a wardrobe, mirror was broken and then they put a poor quality very very thick mirror with 0.5 cm difference in alignment, with multiple scratches. They will give you run around once you have a problem.
I tried ordering a chair from PepperfryFurnitureStore and made a payment via UPI, even though the transaction from PhonePe was completed, PepperfryFurnitureStore won’t acknowledge the same and the timer screen was active for the complete 5 minutes.
I Expect a better UX.
