The app hangs on Android 13. You can uninstall and reinstall and it might work once or twice and then will hang as soon as you open the app and nothing seems to fix the issue. Not killing the app, closing the app, rebooting the phone. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Can’t launch scan of remote devices… just scrolls and scrolls… This piece of crap app has been broken for months! Can only launch scans from devices themselves. Defeats the whole purpose!!!!

Close and restart the Bitdefender Central app on iPhone
Update Bitdefender Central app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bitdefender Central iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bitdefender Central on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bitdefender Central network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Bitdefender Central not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bitdefender Central App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bitdefender Central » click [Force Stop]

Update Bitdefender Central to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bitdefender Central App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bitdefender Central » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bitdefender Central.

Fix Bitdefender Central unable to contact server/ Bitdefender Central internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bitdefender Central » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bitdefender Central » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
