3 months agoI cannot get an email to send a message for support, nor can I find a phone number to call in Canada. I see there is a chat but I am not willing to pay for support for software I purchased. I have an issue that I would like to talk to someone about whether it be email or phone.

1 year agoI HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO DAYS (HOURS) TO CONTACT SUPPORT - DIFFERENT BROWSERS, DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, DIFFERENT INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND ALL THE DARN SERVER DOES IS DISCONNECT AND RETURN TO BEGINNING. I AM MAD. That said, I expressly and explicitly instruct Bitdefender to NOT RENEW my "Bitdfender Total Secuirty" subscription.

I just attempted to install, even though there are many complaints about this app....just to see if the complaints are factual. Well, immediately after installing it, l uninstalled it because I was being directed to a link to BUY the app (just like one person said that happened to him also)! Nope....not going to buy anything unless I can at least have a way to try it out first!! For the developer (before you might reply).....do not say you have a new update, which is your standard reply! I say to everyone.....don’t bother installing this app.

Their website has been unable to load the pages where cancellations are located. Have not been able to cancel for weeks. Constant issues with digging through obtuse menus to configure the settings I need. Non-stop nagging to upgrade to vpn, etc. We are done paying for the annoyance with this service.

There are two different companies. Hard to keep straight of which company does what. Payment information is not easily accessible. Community help is not helpful. Wasted my money as it’s past 30 days now. Wasted my time. I’m done with them. UNINSTALL!
