Oniri logged me off and wont let me log back on. It says “An error occurred. Please try again later.” any time I try to log in. It also gives me that message if I try to put in an email for the Reset Your Password. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded but it didn’t work.

App crashed one day and showed "error" and now ALL OF MY DREAMS ARE GONE! I had over 30 dreams that I had journaled for a college class that I needed a record of and they are just gone!

How to fix Oniri app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Oniri app on iPhone
Update Oniri app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oniri iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oniri on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oniri network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Oniri Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Oniri not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Oniri App
1. On android, goto Settings » Oniri » click [Force Stop]

Update Oniri to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oniri App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Oniri » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Oniri.

Fix Oniri unable to contact server/ Oniri internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Oniri » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Oniri » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Oniri
