Downloads data then blank screen. Menu options just return an error message.
My app connects, pulls up the data and switches to the login screen. I log in, the app connects and pulls up the data and immediately switches to the login screen again. And again.
My DreamMapper has failed to record sleep data for the last two nights. I do not know what the problem is or why it is no longer working. What needs to be done to correct the issue?
Stopped working - tried restarting it but does not go sheet. - shows a one and line. — Ps. I have two machine and you have done nothing about it. - I think it way over time. For Medicare I had to do a new sleep study and have been using machines for over ten years! but after study no one had machines. and I have been whiling for you to at least replace one of them. I was told by my doctor to keep using it ! So I have - at 71 are you waiting for me to die ? .?
The app is a day behind. Today, 12/8 is showing the latest data for 12/6. I use the app every night. Yesterday, 12/7 it was missing data for 12/5 and 12/6 so I unplugged it for 10 minutes and then reconnected it to the modem.
Dreammapper says login information is invalid. Cant login.

Stopped working 2days ago I force stopped the app and it works now
unable to pair with Bluetooth. Used to work fine, now my app says "Check Bluetoorh Connection". Both CPAP and phone indicate pairing was done but device will not connect. Have to restart phone to achieve pairing. This is not occurring with other connected Bluetooth devices on phone.
I somehow got logged put and cannot login or reset password on app. States information does not match any records.
I can see I’m not the only one having the same issues. I’ve done all the troubleshooting & still can’t get this app to work. It’s pass the point of annoying. I got my new C-pap around the end of June/first part of July and it’s just been a total headache trying to get this app working.
My app is not showing results every day. Nothing is being recorded.
I'm having the exact same issue as Bill Hawkins & a few other folks mentioned... I click on the app, it opens, and it freezes. No progression to even access settings or log out/log back in. Obviously, Philips is having a major glitch with its app!

For the 1st time ever since purchasing my Dreamstation 2.5 yrs ago, this morning July 1st 2022, the app opens to the philips dream mapper page and freezes. We did have a power blip sometime in the night, where my alarm clock and Microwave clocks had to be reset. No other issues and my dreamstation clock is fine. Any suggestions?

I use Dreams Mapper in the last 2 years. Starting frim 25 6 2022 di not download data. I reset all connectioni. No results.
The app won't open, why?
2 years regular working and suddenly stopped. Try to connect and app just turns off. Tried all the usual 'cures' but no joy. Has there been an app update which has stopped it working?
I can't get my app to load this morning! Never had a problem being able to access the app before!
I see other people are having the same problem. Suddenly for the past week my Dream Mapper app will not add data. The app comes on but no new data for days now. I have done all the steps to rectify the situation, including deleting and re-installing the app, rebooting my iphone and ipad, restarting my Dream Station 2 cpap, checking network, battery charge and electrical connections, etc. It’s not my phone’s or tablet’s problem as they can connect to other bluetooth devices. The app gives me the 6 digit pairing code each time I try, but my devices can’t seem to find the cpap. It’s like the bluetooth in the cpap is no longer working / sending out a signal. I don’t know what else to try.
According to the internet you junk works HALF the time.JUST WHAT PEOPLE NEED WITH SLEEP ISSUES IS FIGHTING WITH THIS CRAP AND MORE STRESS TRYING TO READ A DAM LIBRARY ON HOW TO FIX IT.. FIX YOUR CRAP.
DREAMMAPPER has the day and date but there is no data recorded , just blank . Has been like this since the 1st May 2022. Is that date the end of the financial year ? ,
Does not work. Cannot connect to the device. Tried 2 different Android devices. The replacement cpap has never worked.. Seems like the Bluetooth does not work.. Is this ever going to get fixed?
Got replacement machine my app comes up invalid account why wont it let me in
Received my replacement unit & went well until it asked for a sign in! Tried that but app asked for a rescan of the serial #. Did as directed & app came back with an invalid account! Tried to reset password, another invalid account! Uninstaller & reinstalled but still receive an invalid account that I've had for years! Please advise
Trying to sync my DM app to new Dreamstation 2. When I attempted, would not show up on pairing screen of iPhone XR. Logged out and deleted app. Hard boot on phone. Start phone, reload app but screen remains a blank white screen. Hoping I can get it connecting as this app for my DS1 and DS2 has been a bust. DS1 would not stay connected and DS2 cannot connect.
March 27,2022 through right now April 8 2022. Not showing any data but the machine is ? I have done everything that I can but the app just doesn't and won't show me data
I have been using the Dreammapper app as part of my sleep apnea therapy for about three and a half years now. I have never had a problem with the app before a few months ago, when it strangely started leaving gaps in the data collected from my machine. The first instance of this was during a power outage, so I believed the problem was caused by the outage as there was an interruption in therapy, however it has happened twice since then with no power outage. Every time this happens, I lose several days of data, sometimes for more than a week, even if the data was displaying prior to the glitch. I have also just recently switched to a new machine, and I have noticed that the app reads the ramp feature as OFF when it is always ON. Because of this, I do not get any information from the app about ramp. The app also counts days on a 24-hour schedule which is set to begin and end at either midnight or noon, neither of which is convenient for those with sleep disorders, however I cannot find any option to change or adjust this feature.
The humidifier tank does not fit into the device! I need a visual or chat.
