Connects to the WiFi but spends 7 hours not doing any calculations

Doesn't load tried reinstalling but still doesn't load

Been powering Dreamlab for years and recently getting connect to wifi to power dreamlab though connected, reinstalled 3 times and wont open past splash screen - really saddened as happy to be making a difference when not awake myself!

I've logged three years usage fine on 3 devices, now loads of problems on a new Android phone bought last week. First it worked a bit, 3 days logged, then wouldn't connect to internet, so deleted and re-installed and now just gets to the first all purple screen.

Similar to above, it's simply not working any more. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no difference. I'll give it another few days before binning it for good.

Kept asking for wifi connection. Reinstalled but will not launch.

Over the past week or 10 days Dreamlab has stopped calculating with wi-fi and/or phone data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh appp but that has made no difference. I have an S8 Samsung Galaxy phone. Thank you.

Dreamlab stop working for me since a couple of days now. I got 0 calculations for days. After I reinstalled the app, I get stuck in the purple splash screen. I tried it on 3 different mobiles from Pixel 6 to Samsung S8, S9. Always the same problem.

For the last couple days, I keep getting a message saying, "Connect me! Connect your phone to your mobile network or Wi-Fi to power DreamLab" even though I'm connected to very fast, functioning Wi-Fi. A few times it just stayed on the purple screen that loads when you first open it, and I had to tap the permanent notification in the drop-down to get into it. Now it is just going for hours and hours with 0 calculations, regardless of which Project is selected. Checked for updates in the Play Store, but none are available.

Dream Lab app will not open at all. I reinstalled and still will not open. I am using iphone on I think ios 13. Could that be the problem?

Working fine on Fairphone3+ However, on Android9 running in virtual box under Ubuntu, I keep getting the message that it keeps stopping.

10 hours with zero calculations? No matter which research project is selected, no calculations completed

So no calculations are being done been on several hours. It seems this has been going on for awhile with no fix. This should be taken care of or your gonna lose all this help. I hope you guys do it would be a shame to lose something like this

DreamLab is not loading past the initial screen.

I always leave my ipad plugged into Dream Lab when not in use. As of last night 7May its not working.
